- We’ll always try to see you if it’s urgent
- If we’re full, we’ll help you find the right care
Medication Questions?
- Speak directly with our pharmacist (no need to see a GP first!)
- Great for medication reviews and prescription questions
E-Consultation Service
- For non-urgent medical and administrative concerns
- Submit a request through our website “contact the practice online” button
- No need to call or visit the practice
- We’ll respond within 2 working days
- Great for simple queries, updates, or non-urgent advice
