All patients are welcome to join our group, and we run regular patient participation groups face to face at the practice.
Why should you join the PPG?

- Have you any suggestions about improving patient services locally?
- Would you like to get to know other patients and share ideas?
- Would you like to link with other groups locally within the area?

Discussing personal or individual healthcare issues
Not valuing other members contribution and viewpoints

Join our PPG
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
We have a virtual patient representation group and face to face group so that you can have your say; we will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.
All PPG correspondence will be managed via email. A terms of reference outlining the roles and responsibilities of the PPG will need to be signed before joining.
